The podcast hosts are picking CFL Canadian football league, that kind of they make the headline this week for this week's report. Mostly heavenly geared towards football season. Because that wasn't the initial That wasn't the initial endeavor. And what I really wanted initially was to serve me up. A slate of bit Based off a particular sport And I want you to source it from podcast, like, whatever the podcast was saying. 00:13:37.866 --> 00:13:53.866 So I used to just, you know, by hand manually. I would copy and paste a Transcript, I would put it into an L lm into a prompt. And I would say, hey, extract the bets at it, because these transcripts are long, I can't read through them. 00:13:53.866 --> 00:14:18.866 I was like, all one is the bets. And then I started thinking, oh well I can get more podcast, transcripts, I can get more and then I started to think, oh, let's aggregate them together and let's get the best bets. And then I started categorizing them to best bets strong Lens, and then totals Parlays. 00:14:18.866 --> 00:14:28.866 Futures. And then I was like, oh well, if I'm doing that, how about I go get the odds information? So I can see the odds. 00:14:28.866 --> 00:14:42.866 So this initial Project this initial. And I would, you know, sometimes look at the podcast, and I would like, look at, maybe somebody I follow-on Twitter, I would look at an article Again? As much information, just like, if you're going to put money on a stock, you're not going to put money on some stock. 00:15:21.866 --> 00:15:29.866 You don't know anything about the company. You haven't ran the numbers. And it's Satisfactory, when you win and it's sad when you lose and in the business of gambling sports gambling, you want to win. So in the world of bedding In the world of Betty That's what we want Uber a period of time. So The initial betc. Product before like I said, we shifted to being to focus on data We'll just building a car. 00:17:36.866 --> 00:17:47.866 Here's some information to AI. Here's a bunch of transcripts. Now, give me a now, give me back the goods Give me back the goods. 00:17:47.866 --> 00:18:13.866 And so that process from the beginning, you should take long like it would take 2 minutes because what would happen was We would Pick a pick a sport. We would make a request to get the transcripts, make an API request to get all the transcripts, bring all that down. Then, we would Feed these transcripts into an LLM. 00:18:13.866 --> 00:18:58.866 This is all happening at live at request time feed into an alm, so it's that LLM has a process. This huge prop, and then, of course You give it, there's a prop template, but you're injecting all these transcripts, so it takes a lot of time to To chunk that up, the lm has to process there, and then the lm has to spit it out. So there's an input, there's an output And in that output We were taking that output, and then we were Getting odds, information And then most importantly, we had a last sort of system that would rank all of that data to compile it. 00:18:58.866 --> 00:19:12.866 And get into a nice betting card. As you can see, you can imagine that took man, I won't forget. The one of the first times it was like, 02 minutes, 2 and a 1/2 minutes. 00:19:12.866 --> 00:19:50.866 Oh But I had look I had AI had a you know, had a star somewhere and then we iterated so instead of one big prompt template, we kind of did we let, we did what's called layer the prompting, so we sent a chunk of it for analysis by one AI system. And maybe it doesn't take as much thing, because that's another thing we were using, basically one thinking mode or one mode, because at the early days of this, the early days that people remember there used to be like a you select different modes, then you would select the time like, like 1 hour or 24 hours. 00:19:50.866 --> 00:20:39.866 And then you would select a sport and so You know, it's much more simple now So we've iterated and made it faster and faster, and then one of the the most recent, not the one I'm about to show you, but the most recent Iteration was I thought I was like what so And this is why we've sort of shifted to become a data product, and we had this data engine that was constantly getting picks and constantly validating picks. So we kind of had 2, we had this separate lane of of things happening, where we were getting information validated it, all that stuff, and then you can come in as a user and generate a card, and at the time that was still a different thing. 00:20:39.866 --> 00:21:04.866 It would still go out, get the transcripts and do other layer prompting, and you know we got a little bit faster, but then I started to think we already have Ooh, the validated bit, so why are we going out? And doing the same while we're going out and getting the transcripts, why are we going out? In validating, why are we doing that? 00:21:04.866 --> 00:21:28.866 We already have a pool of validated pigs. We already have a system in place. That's literally doing what we're doing, just not at request time, so I said, let's just instead of looking to get the transcripts and do all the rank and put it through Let's actually just get the validated beds, because that's what we want. 00:21:28.866 --> 00:21:46.866 We want the validated bets. Then the thing became We still gotta rank them, so we still had to put those value to bets through an LLM to rank it. So That became the second bottleneck. 00:21:46.866 --> 00:22:22.866 So we, you Not having to get the transcripts, not having to do all the validation. Okay, that helped And that was the first you know, the first big jump, but now we've taken the next one, and this may be the last one I don't know if we can make it more efficient than this, and you're about to see But. But now What we've done is in the background, we've already ranked All the picks all the validated bets for a particular sport, so that's already happening. 00:22:22.866 --> 00:22:38.866 So now when you come to request a to You know, generate a betting car for a sport. Behind the scenes, the bet's already been validated behind the scenes. All the bets for that sport have already been ranked. 00:22:38.866 --> 00:22:50.866 So it's just serving serving, okay? And the the one thing that I wanted to do with this report is not just look at, oh, this sport led. But I also wanted to look into the individual markets. 00:30:19.866 --> 00:30:35.866 Because I think that's important, because I found myself I found myself when I'm really trying to put a bet down. I find myself. Looking at the data and being like, okay? 00:30:35.866 --> 00:30:39.866 What sport has been doing well? I like to look at the last 30 days. Okay, what sport is doing? 00:30:39.866 --> 00:31:08.866 Oh hmm, CFL, okay, well, within that sport, which market Because there's lots of different markets within a sport, so the money line's hit now the spread's hitting. So these are the kind of questions we're going to uncover In this report. And just to kind of give you an idea, the numbers, again, we got 4425 decisions for the month of August, over 125 podcast profiles. 00:31:08.866 --> 00:31:16.866 825 episodes. Okay, in that window in that window. Okay. 00:31:16.866 --> 00:31:46.866 So we're looking at a lot We'll get a lot of data, and that's a great sample size 4425 over a 125 podcasts, wow. So let's look, let's see And the first First bit here. The first important thing This is Canadian football. 00:31:46.866 --> 00:32:13.866 And you can see 60 and 52. In the WNBA right behind, I was giving the WA' so much c*** about ooh, if you're betting the WNBA, you need to put away your gambling account, not like I've been proven wrong. I mean, the wba has a much larger sample size. 00:32:13.866 --> 00:32:39.866 And they're right under Canadian football at 52.6%, 200 In 180 And if you look there, you see, there's a slight edge in spreads, you see that See right now. This is what I would do right now. I would look and see if there's any WNBA games today. 00:32:39.866 --> 00:33:04.866 And then I would go generate a card. Well, actually, first I would before I generate card, I would go to the Explorer and I would determine, hey, what sport's been doing the most the best in the last 30 days if it was the WNBA, but okay, now which market according to this, it's to spread. So that means that when I generate my card, I want to lean more toward a spread. 00:33:04.866 --> 00:33:18.866 I'm gonna lean more towards picking the spray, because They're hitting more at a consistent rate.
